Business response mechanisms

a dire need for professionals in this space who are
capable of understanding convergence, realizing the
need for qualified manpower in Call centers/BPO segments.
We introduce a series of value added skill for students
in
computer telephony integeration , popularly known as
CTI.
This career-oriented
CTI course is aimed at generating good technical human
resources for call centre/BPO industries. The course
is of 120 hrs duration with 12 students to be entrolled
in each batch. This course is designed for students
who are looking at next step after Engg or MCA for their
career progression and also to upgrade their skills.
Centre for excellence will also address the requirements
of the polytechnic students in the area of Switching
Technology.
